Wow I’m so happy I found this blog! And I know Pastor Santos how cool is that?! What a small world my Adventist friend!

I was a vegetarian for 2 1/2 years with hopes of becoming a vegan but I fell off the wagon… I started googling different diet lifestyles and highly considered the Paleo lifestyle to be the best. I still didnt try it. I was wondering if you could write a post on comparing vegetarianism or veganism with Paleo and tell me why living meat free is better.

My curiosity with Paleo started because I really want to do crossfit and I see what amazing results they have.

    Thank you so much!!!

    God bless!

Nati: I am so proud of you friend. This blog is excellent, I look forward to using some of your recipes and improving our eating habits (it’ll be hard to get Kevin to completely stop eating meat since he is Argentine lol ) . May God bless you on this wonderful journey, I will be praying for you and your blog readers.
